Are there any height restrictions on the rides?
Wristbands are suitable for children 3 years and over, children under the age of 12 may need to be accompanied by a paying adult on some rides.
Height restrictions apply on rides and attractions, 1m to 1.4m
Can I get a refund if it rains?
We have a no refund policy, but in extreme weather conditions we are happy to change your booking to another day.
My child is under 12, they may need to be accompanied on some rides, do I need a ticket?
Yes.
My child only wants to use bungee trampolines is this is included in the wristband?
Wristband does not include bungee trampolines or game stalls, tokens can be purchased for these on the day.
Which rides do an unlimited riding wristband include?
All rides and attractions except Bungeee trampolines and Games stalls.
